Hi, I’m Valerie, a NATE Certified HVAC Technician with over 20 years of experience and absolutely love what I do. I especially love helping others gain the knowledge to perform minor tasks to keep their AC unit running smoothly. If you have questions, I have answers. I believe there are no stupid questions except the ones you don’t ask, how else do we learn if not by being taught?

I am a handy person who is mechanically inclined, I learned a lot from working with my dad about thinking outside the box to find a solution to any problem. I do most of my own repairs at my home because I don’t like having anyone come out and try to charge me an arm & a leg for something I can do myself if I just knew how to do it.

I have been in the HVAC industry for 20 years now, I started out doing telemarketing at 16 yrs old in the year 2000, working for my dad’s ac company and have remained in this field ever since. I worked in the office for many years doing everything from customer service, to dispatching to bookkeeping. In 2015 I went back to school and earned my HVAC Diploma and EPA Certifications and began working in the field doing service and repair. I earned my NATE Certification in 2017 and have maintained the education to keep it current. My expertise is in HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs and I have also performed a number of installations. You can count on me to help with most HVAC-related things!
