Hi, I’m Darnell. I have over 16 years of experience as a HVAC technician and mechanic. I began my career as a Heating and Air Conditioning service technician in 2004 after graduating from technical college with Air Conditioning Technology courses in HVAC, water treatment, and electrical. I am certified in many different specialties and have my EPA Universal certifications for universal levels of sections 608 and 609 for refrigerant transition and recovery.
When I graduated from technical school, I began working for a reputable HVAC installation and service company where I developed extensive experience in maintenance, repair, service, machinery, and equipment. My troubleshooting skills are exceptional in HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems. I also have an extensive background in brazing, light welding, and fabrication.
I solve problems every day as an HVAC professional. Heating and air service technicians need to be able to look at a system, figure out why it isn’t working, and make the repair. It takes mechanical skill, technical aptitude, and practical knowledge. Every furnace or air conditioning repair requires the ability to look at the entire system and fix the problem. It is gratifying to be faced with new challenges to solve. Even with 16 years of experience, heating and air conditioning service still offers a challenge.
Beyond the enjoyment of being an HVAC professional, I enjoy traveling, reading, and eating.
