I started my first construction job 23 years ago as a carpenter and handyman in New York City. After my college degree I worked as project manager and estimator in my father’s company in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut. During this time I supervised many new and existing residential projects.
I was the builder for my own house in New Jersey from the basement foundation to the finished roofing including wood framing, electrical work, plumbing, A/C, finish carpentry, millwork, kitchen cabinets, doors and windows.
Between my experience in construction and construction management, I’ve grown a unique skillset to understand the scope of a project, communicate what the project entails, and estimate costs and materials for each project. I can help you understand the intricacies of your project, whether you’re doing it yourself or hiring someone to do it for you, and understand the associated costs.
